Speak Confidently at Work Course

Lesson 4: Breath Work – Speak with Power

In this lesson, you’ll discover how proper breath control enhances your confidence, clarity, and presence when speaking.

You'll learn the critical role breathing plays in staying calm—whether in social conversations, workplace discussions, or formal presentations.

The first step to mastering breath control starts with how you hold your body.

With the right posture and breathing techniques, you’ll project your voice with more power and ease, helping you sound more authoritative and self-assured in any situation.
